Pumpkin Baked Beans


Preheat oven to 160 degress.


Steam butternut pumpkin until soft.


Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium heat and cook brown onion for 3-4mins.


Blend cooked onion, steamed pumpkin, garlic, paprika, seeded mustard and soy sauce in food processor until smooth.


Combime kidney beans and cannellini beans to pumpkin mixture in baking dish.


Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 mins.


Serve with turkish bread and sprinkled with feta, spinach and herbs.
