Oat & Sultana Biscuits
1/2 cupmargarine1/2 cupbrown sugar1/4 cupwhite sugar
Beat margarine and brown sugar and white sugar until smooth
1egg1/2 tspcinnamon1 tspvanilla extract
Beat in egg, cinnamon, vanilla extract until fluffy
1 cupplain flour1/2 tspbaking soda1/4 tspsalt1 cuprolled oats1 cupsultanas
Slowly add in plain flour, baking soda , salt , rolled oats and sultanas
Cover dough with cling wrap and place in fridge for 30 mins
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Using spoon scoop out dough, roll into balls and place on tray. Flatten with fork.
Bake for 10-15 mins
Place on wire rack to cool
