Lamb Pide
Preheat oven to 220 degrees
someolive oil
Heat olive oil in frying pan
1brown onion3 clovesgarlic
Cook brown onion and garlic until soft
500glamb mince
Brown lamb mince
1 tspchilli flakes2 tspground cumin1/2 tspground cinnamon1 1/2tspallspice2 tbsplemon juice1/2 cupvegetable stock1 candiced tomatoes
Add chilli flakes, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, allspice, lemon juice, vegetable stock amd diced tomatoes.
Simmer unti liquid has evaporated
1turkish breadsomepine nuts
Cut turkish bread in half, spray with oil and toast in oven Spoon lamb mixture onto bread, sprinkle with pine nuts
Cover with foil and bake for 10 mins
Remove foil and bake for a further 10 mins until lightly browned
somemint leavessomegreek yoghurt
Serve with mint leaves and greek yoghurt mixture
Serves 4 people. Mince can also be served with cous cous or rice
