Korean Fried Chicken


Start by making the sauce in a bowl. Combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame oil in the bowl and whisk until smooth.


In a separate bowl, add flour, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk to combine with water until a smooth batter.


Cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces.


Dip the chicken in the batter until all coated. Optionally add a little bit of the sauce to the batter, although most of it should be saved for later.


Fry the chicken in oil until crispy.


Dry some of the oil off the chicken with paper towels.


Add chicken to a bowl and then pour the sauce over the chicken.


Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
