Honey Oat Biscuits
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Line baking tray with paper
125gbutter1/2 cupwhite sugar2 tbsphoney
Cream butter, white sugar, honey together until pale and fluffy
1 cupplain flour1 tspbaking powder1/2 tspcinnamon1 1/2 cupsrolled oatssomechia
Add plain flour, baking powder, cinnamon, rolled oats and some chia seeds together until combined
Place in fridge for 15 mins
Roll into balls, flatten with floured fork
Bake for 12-15mins or until golden
